On the Chapter 8 review, can someone explain number 21 for me. The part where they make x into (1/x). It's toward the end. It would be very helpful. Thank-you. Jennifer Oh

I hope this isn't too late, Jennifer, but I think I know how "x" becomes "1/x"! You know how "x^(-1)" is "1/x"? Well, "lnx(1-1/ln2)" is the same as "-lnx(1/ln2-1)" (factor out "-1" from "1/ln2-1"). You can then use the factored out negative to make "x" become "1/x"!

yeah that's how I got 1/x also.
x^(ln x – log2 x) = limit of x^[lnx – (ln x / ln 2)] = limit of x^(lnx)(1– (1/ln 2)) =
limit of x^– (ln x)((1/ln 2) - 1) = limit of (1/x)^(lnx)((1/ln 2)– 1) = 0
thanks
