Did anyone get Treasure 13 with the equal areas under the curve? When I integrate I end up with a quartic equation that I can't solve by hand, and I don't see how it can be simplified down. Does anyone know how to solve the equation?
Sorry about the previous post. I meant Treasure 13 instead of Location 13 and don't notice until Priya responded.

if you got
k^4-72k^2+2160k-87200
then you can use p's and q's... it took some time, but that's how i got the answer
i'm not sure if that's how you do it, but i did it that way
Sorry guys, I just caught it after reading this post. You may use your graphing calculator for the last part, to solve the quartic.
thannks!!!!!!!
That would make things much easier, since 87200 has several factors. I got a reasonable answer using a calculator, so I think that approach should work.
couldn't you integrate it from 0 to k and then set it equal from k to 20?
