Hey Jennifer, For #22, you just have to estimate. If you look at the table, there has to be a zero somewhere between -3 and -2 (it could be anything) and 3 is a zero. Then you can look at the numbers and see that where the negative answers for f(x) are, is where it is decreasing and where it is positive is where it is increasing. The local extrema is where the zeros are. #24: Profit = Revenue - Cost Then you simplify it and find the derivative. Set the derivative equal to 0 and find the zero.
